Ordering & payments

How can I pay?

We accept cash, cards, QR-code payments and Alipay, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Ask the team if you would like to confirm a specific payment option.

Can I get takeaway or delivery to my hotel?

Yes. Takeaway and orders through Grab are available. To arrange an order and delivery to your hotel, call +66 95 732 7799 (095 732 7799 within Thailand). Confirm your hotel, delivery details and total with the team when ordering.

How do add-ons work?

The available extras and their prices are listed under each dish. Choose your extras when you order. Protein add-ons match the version of the dish; the extra price is added to the dish price.

Finding your favourite

Are the dishes spicy?

All dishes are served non-spicy by default. If you would like some heat, just ask. For Pad Kra Pao, chilli is added on request.

Is rice included?

Rice is included with Pork Pad Kra Pao, Garlic Pepper Chicken and Chicken Massaman. Khao Tom is a rice soup, and Khao Pad is fried rice. Tom Yum comes without rice; you can add jasmine rice (150 g cooked) for 15 THB.

What should I try on my first visit?

For gentle comfort, start with our pork Khao Tom. Choose Pad Thai for tamarind rice noodles, or Tom Yum for a bright, aromatic prawn soup. The dish stories in the menu explain the flavours and ingredients.

What if I have an allergy or dietary requirement?

Tell the team before ordering. Our listed main dishes include meat or prawns; sauces and preparation may contain additional allergens beyond the ingredient lists. Ask about your specific requirements before choosing a dish.

What is Khanom Tuay?

Small steamed coconut puddings with a sweet base and a gently salty coconut top. A portion contains three small cups. There are no add-ons, but you can order a second portion separately.

A little more Thailand

How do I pronounce the dish names?

Open “The story in a bite” under a dish for its Thai name and a simple pronunciation guide. English spellings are approximate: Thai tones and vowels do not fit English perfectly.

Can I cook these dishes at home?

Visit Beyond the Bowl for ingredient guides and original home-kitchen recipes. These are approachable adaptations, separate from THAM’s restaurant recipes.
